County Membership Application Form
Users of Surrey County Indoor Bowling Association website are required to provide
personal information on Application Forms.
This is for administrative and welfare purposes and users are asked to ensure their
information is accurate and up to date.
Members' details are kept on a computer database and are processed fairly, lawfully and
in accordance with the county's legitimate activities.
Users' names, addresses, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses are posted on the Members'
section of the club website, which is password protected. Members may, if they wish, print out
a copy for their personal use.
Any member who wishes their information to be withheld must advise the County Secretary.
